Type of Poker Chip and Imprint

 

The chips in this category and best for orders from 300 to 10,000 and when timing is important.  These are normally produced in 2-3 weeks.

• Full Chip Print- This 10.5 gram ceramic Poker Chip starts completely white and we imprint over the entire surface including the thin edge of chip.  You can print anything you want on this chip including small print or details around outside edge.

• Direct Print Chip - This 13.5 gram clay composite Poker Chips starts with colored edge with white spots.  The center 1.3" of chip is direct printed for the highest quality image that becomes part of the chip for a lifetime. 
  Min. Qty. 500 = $.59 ea., Qty. 1000 = $.52 ea., Qty. 5000 = $.46 ea., Qty. 10,000 = $.43 ea.
• Textured Label- These 11.5 gram clay composite Poker Chips have an indented area for a high quality vinyl label with textured laminate over the printing.  This is very durable and the materials are not subject to problems from moisture like many of our competitors.  The 7 mil laminate is designed to take abuse without showing a scratch and we can print in full color your image.

• Smooth Label - These 11.5 gram clay composite Poker Chips have an indented area for a high quality vinyl label with smooth laminate over the printing.  This is very durable and the materials are not subject to problems from moisture like many of our competitors.  The 5 mil laminate is designed to take abuse and is best when printing a photo or product image.

The chips in this category have a minimum order of 10,000 pcs and production time is 6 weeks from approval of artwork. You can pay a rush charge of $.10 per chip for 3 week production.

• Laser Label - These chips have a unique metallic reflective background which reflects the light for a very rich effect. These chips are available in 3 versions: 1 - 11.5 gram ABS material. Mostly white chip with 4 groups of 2 colored stripes around outside, 2 - 11.5 gram ABS material. Mostly colored chip with 4 groups of 2 white stripes around outside, 3 - 13.5 gram Clay Composite material. Mostly colored with 4 groups of 2 white stripes around outside. Labels are harder to read than the Satin Finish Labels because of the light refections.
  Min. Qty. 10,000 = $.19 ea., Qty. 50,000 = $.14 ea., Qty. 100,000 = $.12 ea.
• Satin Label - These chips have a lightly textured white background so colors and details really stand out. These are very easy to read and best for detailed designs. These chips are available in 3 versions: 1 - 11.5 gram ABS material. Mostly white chip with 4 groups of 2 colored stripes around outside, 2 - 11.5 gram ABS material. Mostly colored chip with 4 groups of 2 white stripes around outside, 3 - 13.5 gram Clay Composite material. Mostly colored with 4 groups of 2 white stripes around outside. Labels are harder to read than the Satin Finish Labels because of the light refections.

• Pad Printing - These ABS 11.5 gram chips have a 6 dice around outside edge of chip with white spots between dice. The image is painted onto chip using pad printing process. This limits you to 3 colors max and is good when wanting the dice style chips since these are not indented for labels.
• Min. Qty. 10,000 = $.18 ea., Qty. 50,000 = $.13 ea., Qty. 100,000 = $.11 ea.
• Hot Stamping - These ABS 11.5 gram chips have a 6 dice around outside edge of chip with white spots between dice. The image is hot stamped onto the chip in either mirrored gold or silver color. This is the style used in the beginning days of Las Vegas and gives you a nastalgic look.  Use this design when not needing too much detail.  Great for drink tickets and VIP admissions.
